Nuggets' Emmanuel Mudiay: Cleared to play Sunday

Mudiay (ankle) will be available to play Sunday against the Thunder, Adam Mares of DenverStiffs.com reports.

Analysis:

Mudiay has resurfaced as a rotation player in the past four games while Jameer Nelson has battled a calf injury, but expect coach Michael Malone to exercise more caution with his usage of the second-year point guard Sunday. After picking up a sprained right ankle in Friday's game against the Pelicans, Mudiay was listed as questionable heading into Sunday and likely isn't 100 percent healthy. Assuming Mudiay remains somewhat limited, Jamal Murray should be in store for another 30-plus-minute workload as the Nuggets' starting point guard.
