Spurs' Manu Ginobili: Available Saturday vs. Clippers

Ginobili (quad) will be available for Saturday's tilt against the Clippers, Paul Garcia of Project Spurs reports.

After missing two games with a quad injury, Ginobili will be available to play Saturday against the Clippers. With Danny Green (quad) out, Ginobili could see significant time off the bench behind starter Jonathon Simmons.
