Wizards' Markieff Morris: Out Thursday vs. Knicks with sore ankle
Morris will be sidelined for Thursday's tilt against the Knicks due to a sore right ankle.
Analysis:
Morris will be absent from Thursday's game after only playing a combined 46 minutes over the past two contests while nursing a sore right ankle. While it's likely not serious, coach Scott Brooks probably feels that it's best to have Morris a fresh for the playoffs as possible. As a result, Jason Smith and Otto Porter will likely see additional run at the power forward slot Thursday.
