Blake Griffin is making Los Angeles Clippers history.

The 28-year-old big man had 16 points in the first half alone, thanks to some impressive buckets like this:

Griffin finished with 36 points, eight boards, and five dimes to lead his squad to a 115-104 victory over its neighbors.

BG's averaging 21.5 points, 9.4 boards, 4.1 assists, and a steal over seven seasons with the Clippers, who drafted him first overall in 2009.

Randy Smith collected 12,735 points over nine years with the franchise in the '70s, but it was when they were the Buffalo Braves and San Diego Clippers.

Griffin becomes the first player to reach the 10,000-point plateau since the Clippers relocated to L.A. in 1984-85. He's also fourth in rebounds, fifth in assists, and seventh in steals.
