Warriors' Andre Iguodala: Runs double-figure scoring streak to four

Iguodala scored 14 points (6-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt) with five rebounds, five assists, two steals and three blocked shots over 28 minutes in Friday's 107-98 win over the Rockets.

Analysis:

Iguodala's been making a push for Sixth Man of the Year Award since taking on a larger role in the wake of Kevin Durant's knee injury. Friday's effort was his fourth straight game with double-digit scoring and sixth in the last eight. While his scoring numbers overall this season don't jump out, he's averaged 12 points on 59.4 percent shooting from the field. And he's doing more on offense while continuing to lock down on defense as evidenced by his work Friday against James Harden, who made just four of 18 field-goal attempts. Durant's return is imminent -- the Warriors hope sometime next week -- so the time to capitalize on Iguodala's enhanced offense is winding down.
