Trail Blazers' Maurice Harkless: Hot shooting night in Thursday win

Harkless posted 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-2 3Pt), six rebounds, three blocks and two steals over 32 minutes in Thursday's 117-107 win over the Rockets.

Analysis:

After six consecutive single-digit scoring efforts, Harkless bounced back with his best point tally since March 4. Harkless' 13 shot attempts were the most he'd put up since back on Feb. 13, as he took on a decidedly more secondary role as March unfolded and Jusuf Nurkic became increasingly integrated into the offense. However, as evidenced Thursday, the fifth-year pro remains capable of offering solid offensive production on occasion while also making serviceable contributions on the glass and in blocks.
