Nets' Quincy Acy: Nearly double-doubles in loss

Acy contributed 10 points (3-11 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-4 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal across 32 minutes during a 98-95 loss to the Celtics on Friday.

Analysis:

Acy came close to posting his first double-double of the season as he picked up some extra minutes with Trevor Booker (leg) sidelined. The 11 field goal attempts were easily a season high for Acy, but he didn't fully take advantage of the extra workload as he made just three of those shots. Booker is expected to return for Sunday's game against the Mavericks, so Acy should be looking at a reduced role in that one.
