Pacers' Lavoy Allen: Ruled out Wednesday vs. Hornets

Allen (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Hornets, Pacers sideline reporter Pat Boylan reports.

Analysis:

Allen has dealt with recurring knee issues since before the All-Star break and is now set to miss his second straight game and fourth over the last seven. He's averaged just 12.5 minutes across the last four contests that he was active, so his absence should drastically change the Pacers' regular rotation. If anything, Kevin Seraphin could pick up some extra minutes behind Thaddeus Young at power forward.
