Grizzlies' Tony Allen: Returning to starting lineup

Allen will start at shooting guard Monday against the Bucks.

Analysis:

Allen was benched in favor of Andrew Harrison and James Ennis over the past three games, and played under 25 minutes in each contest. The lineup change didn't yield positive results, however, with the Grizzlies losing each of those games, so coach David Fizdale will turn the starting role back over to Allen. The veteran figures to see a few additional minutes with the move back to the top unit, but he'll see limited usage on the offensive end and will offer most of his value as a defensive stopper.
