Pacers' Paul George: Enjoys big double-double in loss to Hornets
George scored 36 points (15-25 FG, 6-14 3Pt) to go along with 10 rebounds and five assists across 36 minutes during Monday's 100-88 loss to the Hornets.
Analysis:
George enjoyed one of his best all-around efforts of the year and came within a point of his season high in scoring thanks to a tremendous showing from beyond the arc. Unfortunately, he did not receive much help from his teammates and wound up contributing to a whopping 56 percent of the team's net offense. George endured a slump toward the latter part of February, but he is in a groove at the moment, averaging 35 points, 7.5 rebounds, six treys and 4.5 assists per game over the last two.
