Report: Bosh hasn't responded to Heat's requests to discuss future

The rocky relationship between Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat doesn't appear to be getting better anytime soon.

Miami has attempted to reach out to the 32-year-old in recent days to discuss a resolution regarding his contract situation, but has yet to receive a response from Bosh, Ira Winderman of South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Reports earlier this season suggested the Heat would consider waiving Bosh after March 1 to ensure he's ineligible to appear in the postseason. Had Bosh been waived earlier and played at least 25 games with a new team, his salary would've reappeared on Miami's books.

While's Bosh's NBA future remains in doubt following complications with blood clots, the 11-time All-Star reiterated earlier this week that he remains healthy, and has not ruled out an eventual return to the court.

''My health is great,'' Bosh said Monday on TNT. ''I'm feeling good, still working out, and just really still staying ready.''

Bosh has yet to appear in an NBA game since last February, when his season was cut short for the second straight year.

The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 19.1 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 0.7 steals on 46.7 percent shooting for the Heat last season.
