Kings' Ty Lawson: Will start Monday vs. Timberwolves

Lawson will start at point guard Monday against the Timberwolves, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.

Analysis:

Coach Dave Joerger has regularly tinkered with his starting backcourt throughout the season, so Lawson is far from a lock to stick with the top unit beyond Monday. Nonetheless, Lawson should see a bump in playing time while starting alongside Darren Collison, so look for Lawson to turn in better production than the four points, four rebounds and two assists he turned in over 23 minutes during Saturday's game against the Hornets.
