Hornets' Kemba Walker: Drains team-high 34 in overtime loss

Walker generated 34 points (11-19 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 6-8 FT), two rebounds, two assists and one steal over 43 minutes in Sunday's 124-121 overtime loss to the Clippers.

Analysis:

Walker was key to the Hornets forcing overtime, hitting one of his six treys with 48.2 seconds remaining with Charlotte down by five and then draining two clutch free throws with 11.9 seconds remaining to tie the game at 113. The All-Star point guard now has 34 points in two of his last three games and has been hot from long range as of late, notching multiple threes in four of the last five contests.
