Thunder's Enes Kanter: Goes through non-contact work Wednesday
Kanter (forearm) went through a non-contact practice Tuesday, Brett Dawson of The Oklahoman reports.
Analysis:
Kanter underwent surgery on a fractured right forearm in late January and appears to be right on track in his recovery, after originally expecting to be out four weeks before being reevaluated. He was able to do some light running and five-on-zero work Wednesday, so it sounds promising that he could be available within the next week or so. The Thunder medical staff is expected to evaluate Kanter again Thursday before it's determined if he's ready to take contact.
