Trail Blazers' Al-Farouq Aminu: Out Thursday vs. Orlando

Aminu (knee) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Magic, Casey Holdahl of Blazers.com reports.

Analysis:

Aminu was sidelined for the Blazers' final game before the All-Star break Wednesday against the Jazz, and the extra week of recovery time wasn't long enough for him to get over the injury. It sounds like the Trail Blazers will continue to reevaluate him on a day-to-day basis, but look for Noah Vonleh and Meyers Leonard to take on some extra minutes at power forward for as long as Aminu is sidelined.
