Hornets' Kemba Walker: Scores 24 in losing effort

Walker posted 24 points (8-15 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine assists, four rebounds and two steals across 43 minutes in Wednesday's 90-85 loss to the Raptors.

Analysis:

After a rocky start through the first first five games of the month where Walker averaged just 13.2 points per game, the All Star point guard responded with his second straight 20-plus point game against the Raptors. Interestingly enough, each of Walker's best three-point shooting nights have all come against the Raptors. He's made six or more threes in Charlotte's three meetings with Toronto which more than doubles his 2.7 season average. Walker hasn't made more than five three's against any other team on the season.
