Kings' Rudy Gay: Questionable for Tuesday

Gay (hip) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, Sean Cunningham of ABC 10 Sacramento (KXTV) reports.

Analysis:

Gay has already missed eight of the team's last nine games while dealing with a strained right hip, but after being listed doubtful in advance of the last two of those absences, it would seem he has a better chance of returning Tuesday. The Kings will presumably reevaluate Gay after their morning shootaround Tuesday, but if he's shut down for another game, Matt Barnes would likely pick up another start at small forward.
