Mavericks' Andrew Bogut: Questionable to play Thursday

Bogut is considered questionable to play Thursday against the Lakers, Earl K. Sneed of Mavs.com reports.

Analysis:

Bogut returned from an 11-game absence due to a right knee injury to play 11 minutes in Tuesday's loss to the Rockets. While Bogut's playing time was only limited for precautionary purposes and it doesn't appear he suffered a setback, the Mavericks are content to ease the veteran center back into the fold, so he's on tap to sit out in either Thursday's game or Friday's tilt with the Warriors for maintenance purposes. It hasn't been determined yet which game Bogut will sit out, but more clarity on that front should arrive by pregame warmups Thursday.
