DeRozan: Ross 'wanted to get Instagram famous' with 360 dunk

Toronto Raptors guard Terrence Ross threw down a 360 dunk in his team's win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night. Unfortunately, the showy slam forced him out of the game with a wrist injury.

Ross was also injured when he threw down a 360 dunk before the season in an open practice, missing the preseason.

Teammate DeMar DeRozan isn't taking the trend too seriously, though, offering CBS Sports' Ananth Pandian his own interpretation of the Portland native's showmanship.

"He just wanted to get Instagram famous and be on highlights and all that," DeRozan said. "But stuff like that, get us going, gets the bench on their feet. Gets us cheering, give us some type of boost that we need to help us offensively."
