Maybe he didn't like the way Al Horford was backing him down, or was unhappy with Horford doing Kristaps Porzingis wrong earlier in the quarter. Whatever the case, Carmelo Anthony was clearly taking some Christmas frustration out on Horford before officials intervened.
It remains a mystery why Horford was whistled for a technical for his role in the exchange.
