Analysis:

It was a mixed bag for Evans' season debut. He looked visibly gassed after only a few minutes of court-time, and airballed his first three-pointer -- badly. The home crowd gasped in horror, and Evans jogged back on defense in disgust. Then, as the game went on, Evans seemed to get his legs under him and unleashed a vintage euro-step. For a player that hasn't seen the court in a long time, Thursday started slow but was a step in the right direction for the former Rookie of the Year.
