Rockets' Donatas Motiejunas: Reaches deal with Rockets

Motiejunas signed a four-year, $35 million contract Friday with the Rockets, Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical reports.

Analysis:

After a long contract dispute and plenty of back and forth between both sides, Motiejunas will finally rejoin the Rockets despite initially holding out. The Rockets will, however, have a team option after each season, making only one year fully guaranteed. Motiejunas gives the Rockets some much-needed size and skill in the frontcourt and as soon as the big man is ready to play, he will likely begin serving as the primary backup at power forward to Ryan Anderson.
