Clippers' Blake Griffin: Grabs season-high 16 boards in loss

Griffin finished with 24 points (10-21 FG, 4-7 FT), 16 rebounds, five assists, two blocks and one steal across 34 minutes in Sunday's 111-103 loss to the Pacers.

Analysis:

Griffin paced the Clippers in both scoring and rebounds on the evening, with the board total representing a season high. Though it was a disappointing showing for the Clippers, who coughed up a 15-point first-quarter lead, Griffin remains in the midst of an excellent season after logging only 35 games due to injury in 2015-16. He's averaging 21.1 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals in 33.0 minutes per game while shooting 48.2 percent from the field and a career-best 75.5 percent from the free-throw line.
