Hornets' Jeremy Lamb: Will play Thursday

Lamb (knee) will be available to play in Thursday's matchup with the Mavericks, Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer reports.

Analysis:

Lamb suffered a knee bruise during Tuesday's game against the Pistons, but it appears the injury wasn't too serious and after undergoing treatment over the last two days, he's been cleared to play. He'll resume his role as a depth option behind Nicolas Batum and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist on the wings, while fighting for minutes with Marco Belinelli off the bench.
