Rubio did not score and was 0-for-2 from the field in 22 minutes in Wednesday's loss at New Orleans. He did contribute five assists and two steals.

He got fewer minutes than usual in the second half due to a blowout loss. Rubio is taking far fewer shots under new head coach Tom Thibodeau as he's averaging 5.0 shots per game compared to 7.7 per game last season and 8.4 per game during his career. He's averaging a career-low 5.6 ppg as a result.
