Hawks' Dwight Howard: Ruled out for Wednesday
Howard (quad) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Bucks, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Analysis:
Howard was forced from Tuesday's game against the Heat with a left quad contusion and announced after the game that the injury was giving him some serious discomfort. Considering Howard's post game comments, it's not surprising he's been ruled out Wednesday, as he'll now have until Friday to rest the injury and hopefully be back on the floor against the Hornets. Mike Muscala will jump into the starting lineup in his place and should see extended minutes.
