76ers' Dario Saric: Back at practice Tuesday

Saric (face) returned to practice Tuesday, Jessica Camerato of CSN Philadelphia reports.

Analysis:

Saric took a shot to the face from teammate Joel Embiid at practice Monday, but a subsequent evaluation cleared him of any serious injury. As a result, the rookie should be considered good to go for Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Thunder. It's expected that Saric will start at power forward, and he should have no trouble seeing an expanded role right away, particularly with No. 1 overall pick Ben Simmons (foot) sidelined.
