Pistons' Aron Baynes: Practices in full Tuesday

Baynes (nose) was a full participant in practice Tuesday and will play in Wednesday's season opener against the Raptors, Rod Beard of The Detroit News reports.

Analysis:

Baynes underwent surgery on his broken nose this past weekend and had been cleared for non-contact workouts, but it looks like he's now back to full activity. Look for the 29-year-old to settle into his role as Andre Drummond's primacy backup to begin the season. Baynes isn't expected to face any playing-time restrictions, but probably wouldn't see more than 20 minutes behind Drummond anyway.
