Nuggets' Emmanuel Mudiay: Practices in full Sunday

Mudiay (ankle) fully participated in Sunday's practice and is expected to play in Wednesday's season opener against the Pelicans, Christopher Dempsey of The Denver Post reports.

Analysis:

Mudiay's sprained right ankle kept him out of the Nuggets' final three preseason games, but his return to full activity Sunday bodes well for his availability for the start of the season. Assuming he endures no setbacks in the Nuggets' team sessions Monday and Tuesday, look for him to start at point guard and take on about 30 minutes of court time during the opener.
