Hawks' Paul Millsap: Flirts with triple-double in preseason debut

Millsap generated 19 points (7-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), nine rebounds and seven assists across 19 minutes in Sunday's 105-98 preseason win over the Magic.

Analysis:

After being held out for the Hawks' first four exhibition games while recovering from an offseason knee procedure, Millsap turned in a fantastic preseason debut, flirting with a triple-double while seeing less than a full workload. Millsap will have to adjust to life playing alongside new starting center Dwight Howard, who was held out Sunday for rest, but it's not expected that his production will be affected in a major way.
