Kings' DeMarcus Cousins: Will not play Thursday
Cousins will be held out of Thursday's preseason matchup against the Lakers for rest purposes, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.
Analysis:
It's little more than a routine day off for Cousins as the Kings look to manage his workload during the preseason. He'll have a chance to return to action Saturday against the Wizards.
