76ers' Jerryd Bayless: Out Tuesday, at risk for start of season
Bayless (wrist) won't play in Tuesday's preseason game against the Grizzlies, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Analysis:
Bayless' left wrist soreness has worsened since the start of camp, and it's looking like he might miss the rest of the preseason, as he didn't even travel with the 76ers to Memphis. The club remains hopeful that Bayless' absence won't stretch into the regular season, but in the event that happens, either T.J. McConnell or Sergio Rodriguez would be in line to start at point guard.
