Bulls' Jimmy Butler: To see expanded role Thursday

Butler will see a slightly expanded role in Thursday's preseason game against the Pacers, Vincent Goodwill of CSN Chicago reports.

Analysis:

Butler was limited to 15 minutes -- all in the first half -- in Monday's preseason opener against the Bucks, but he's expected to see more playing time Thursday, with coach Fred Hoiberg telling the media that the swingman will see "some minutes" in the second half. It's expected that Butler still won't see a full complement of minutes, however, so he might not be the safest play in DFS.
