Nuggets' Jarnell Stokes: Signs deal with Nuggets

Stokes officially signed a deal with the Nuggets on Thursday.

Analysis:

Stokes spent unfruitful time with the Heat and Grizzlies in 2015-16, but failed to create much value. He then went on to earn D-League MVP honors after averaging 20.7 points and 9.2 rebounds per game. Despite his impressive performance, Stokes is unlikely to earn a spot in the Nuggets packed frontcourt on opening night, however he could provide depth later in the season if injuries occur.
