Ted Cruz may have quickly lost the support of rowdy Republicans in attendance when he refused to endorse Donald Trump during his speech at the Republican National Convention on Wednesday, but he at least won some favor from the Cleveland crowd by referencing the NBA Finals comeback for the ages staged by LeBron James and the Cavaliers.
