Celtics' Jordan Mickey: Turns in strong Vegas performance

Mickey started all five Las Vegas Summer League games and posted averages of 9.8 points and 6.6 rebounds in 25.0 minutes per game.

Analysis:

The second-yer big man out of LSU was rather inconsistent in Vegas, but he turned in a pair of double-figure scoring performances, including a 12-point, 13-rebound outing in the Celtics' final game, a loss to the Trail Blazers. As always, it's difficult to discern the true value of summer league showings, and Mickey remains on the outside looking in at consistent minutes in 2016-17.
