Pacers' Georges Niang: Selected No. 50 overall by Pacers

Niang was selected by the Pacers with the 50th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.

Analysis:

Niang had a great collegiate career for Iowa State, spending all four years in Ames while averaging 20.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 3.3 assists during his senior season. Despite his impressive accomplishments, the 6-foot-9 forward is perceived to lack the athleticism necessary for the NBA level, so a role with the Pacers shouldn't be expected out of training camp.
