Andrew Bogut isn't happy about missing the end of the NBA Finals, and he finds the circumstances of his injury suspicious.

J.R. Smith rolled into Bogut's leg in the third quarter of Game 5, leaving the Australian center with multiple bone bruises and "significant impaction." He's expected to miss the next six-to-eight weeks.

Bogut is skeptical of how exactly Smith caught him in such a vulnerable position.

"I don't know how he fell and all that, but tough for interpretation," Bogut told Diamond Leung of the San Jose Mercury News.

"I blocked his shot. Somehow he cannon-balled right into my shin with his shoulder. It was painful."

Smith denied there was any malicious intent in the sequence.

"I fell slow to the ground, and he went down," Smith said. "It's a basketball play. It's not like I'm out there trying to take his legs out."
