Raptors' Jonas Valanciunas: Did on-court work on Sunday

Coach Dwane Casey said that Valanciunas (ankle) did some on-court work Sunday, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.

Analysis:

Valanciunas has been out of commission since spraining his right ankle in Game 3 of the Raptors' second-round series with the Heat, but his light activity Sunday shows that he's at least making improvement on some level. Even so, it seems doubtful that Valanciunas will be ready to go for Monday's Game 4 against the Cavaliers, leaving Bismack Biyombo in line for another start at center after he ripped down a franchise postseason-record 26 boards in the Game 3 win.
