Warriors' Klay Thompson: Continues scoring barrage in Wednesday's series-clinching win

Thompson finished with 33 points (13-17 FG, 6-9 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block over 35 minutes in Wednesday's Game 5 win over the Trail Blazers.

Analysis:

After taking a back seat to Stephen Curry during the MVP's theatrical Game 4 performance, Thompson returned to the spotlight Wednesday to score a game-high 33 points. He's now averaging 27.2 points on 47.4 percent shooting and 4.7 three pointers on 47.5 percent shooting from downtown this postseason. The Splash Brothers are at full strength once again and have a few extra days off to prepare for the the Western Conference Finals against the winner of the Spurs-Thunder series.
