Warriors' Klay Thompson: Fewer shots in Game 4

Thompson scored 23 points (7-18 FG, 5-10 3Pt, 4-4 FT) to go with four rebounds, two assists and two steals in Monday's 132-125 overtime win over the Trail Blazers in Game 4 of the series.

Analysis:

With the Warriors welcoming Stephen Curry (knee) back to action, Thompson was relieved of some of the scoring burden that fell to him in the series' first three games. As such, he had his fewest number of shot attempts in the series, but remained a factor in the game. Thompson made the most of Curry's gravitational pull in the third quarter, scoring 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting -- all from three-point range -- during the pivotal stretch that brought the Warriors back into the game.
