Pacers cancel morning shootaround due to Toronto Marathon

Julio Cortez / USA TODAY Sports

The Indiana Pacers hit a bit of a speed bump in their preparation for Game 7 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals in Toronto.

The Pacers planned to have a shootaround at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday morning, but those plans were interrupted by the Toronto Marathon, which prompted major downtown road closures.

As a result, the Pacers opted to cancel their shootaround, citing logistical problems in getting to the arena, WTHR.com's Bob Kravitz reports.

The Raptors, perhaps knowing about those logistical concerns ahead of time, didn't schedule a shootaround Sunday. They plan to have a walk-through later in the afternoon, ESPN's Mike Mazzeo reports.

Game 7 will tip off at 8 p.m. ET.
