With his Chicago Bulls fighting for their playoff lives against the Miami Heat on Thursday night, Derrick Rose showed early on that he'd come to play with a sense of urgency.

As the shot clock ticked down on this second-quarter possession, Rose turned on the burners, getting from the top of the circle to the rim in a flash before switching hands and finishing with an acrobatic layup just over the outstretched arm of Luol Deng.
