Wichita, KS (SportsNetwork.com) - Terrence Ross registered a game-high 22 points to help the Toronto Raptors take a 109-90 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder in a preseason tilt on Friday.

Jonas Valanciunas scored 14, while DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry netted 13 and 11 points, respectively, for Toronto.

Russell Westbrook tallied 16 points with eight assists for the Thunder, who shot 39.3 percent from the floor. Anthony Morrow and Andre Roberson added 15 points apiece in the setback.
