NBA Game Summary - Detroit at Chicago

Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - Derrick Rose poured in a game-high 22 points, as the Chicago Bulls pounded the Detroit Pistons, 96-81, on Wednesday in preseason action from United Center.

Rose, who sat out Chicago's last preseason game to rest his surgically repaired left knee, finished 6-of-9 shooting from the field while knocking down 9-of-10 from the free throw line in the victory.

Taj Gibson and Carlos Boozer each posted a double-double for the Bulls, who remained undefeated through four games in the preseason.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, selected eighth overall by the Pistons in this June's draft, posted 18 points and seven rebounds to pace Detroit, which dropped to 2-2 in the preseason.
