NBA Game Summary - Boston at Toronto

Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Terrence Ross netted 19 points in 26 minutes off the bench to lead the Toronto Raptors to a 99-97 preseason victory over the Boston Celtics.

Landry Fields hit 5-of-7 from the field for 14 points off the bench while Kyle Lowry dropped in 11 points. Rudy Gay and Jonas Valanciunas went for 10 points apiece in the win.

MarShon Brooks paced the Celtics with 17 points. Jeff Green, Kelly Olynyk and Vitor Faverani all tallied 13 points with Olynyk also grabbing a game-high nine rebounds before fouling out.

Brooks hit a pair of triples in the final minute to get Boston within four. Jared Sullinger's layup with 10 seconds left resulted in the final margin as Julyan Stone missed a breakaway dunk for Toronto and Sullinger's tip-in attempt on Jordan Crawford's desperation 3-pointer at the buzzer fell short.

Boston guard Phil Pressey went to the locker room in the fourth quarter with an apparent ankle injury and did not return.
