NBA Game Summary - Oklahoma City at Miami

Miami, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - After finishing second to LeBron James in NBA MVP voting three times, Kevin Durant currently has the leg up on that coveted honor this year.

His Oklahoma City Thunder may have a leg up on the two-time defending NBA Champions as well.

Durant netted 33 points, extending his 30-or-more points streak to 12 games, and the Thunder routed the Miami Heat, 112-95, on Wednesday night.

Durant was 12-of-23 from the floor and added seven rebounds and five assists for Oklahoma City, which has won nine straight games.

The Heat raced out to an 18-2 start, but the Thunder outscored them 110-77 the rest of the way.
