NBA Game Summary - Toronto at Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - DeMar DeRozan scored a game-high 34 points and Kyle Lowry recorded a triple-double with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists to lead the Toronto Raptors to a 104-95 win over the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Center.

John Salmons added 12 points, Patrick Patterson scored 11 and Terrence Ross finished with 10 for the Raptors, who snapped a four-game road losing streak.

Michael Carter-Williams scored 20 points to lead five 76ers in double figures. Hollis Thompson had 15 points while Spencer Hawes scored 14 and pulled down 12 rebounds for Philadelphia, losers in four of their last five.

Thaddeus Young added 16 points and Evan Turner finished with 13 on 5-of-17 shooting in the setback.
