NBA Game Summary - Miami at LA Lakers

Los Angeles, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - Perhaps LeBron James was trying to mimic his two sons.

Dwyane Wade and James teamed up on two phenomenal alley-oops and the Miami Heat defeated the Kobe Bryant-less Los Angeles Lakers 101-95 on Christmas Day.

Several hours prior during Christmas morning, James posted footage online of his sons, six-year-old Bryce and nine-year-old Bronny, teaming up for an alley-oop slam on their Nerf hoop.

He later Instagram'd a message to Los Angeles Clippers stars Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. "Bronny and Bryce gone hold down Lob City until y'all get back. Cool? It's like the both of y'all but we gone keep it in our room. Haha," James said.

Turns out his kids might've provided an inspiration.

The first Wade and James connection came with just under four minutes to go in the opening frame. Wade threw a no-look pass over his head to a sprinting James, who emphatically slammed it home with his right hand.

The second dunk was even more extraordinary.

Wade dribbled past a pair of Lakers in transition and tossed a one-handed pass off the right side of the backboard. James finished the alley-oop by catching it with his weaker left hand and slamming it through while ducking his head out of harm's way.
