Dana White: Jon Jones, Anthony Johnson fight targeted for May

The UFC is targeting that month for a light heavyweight title fight between champion Jon Jones and Anthony Johnson, according to UFC president Dana White.

White said in an interview Wednesday on The Jim Rome Show that there's no specific date yet. Though, one possible date might be for the UFC 187 card currently scheduled May 23.

Jones defended his title after defeating Daniel Cormier earlier this month, while Johnson is coming off a knockout victory against Alexander Gustafsson last weekend.
